NOTE: We do not ship or sell to Northern Territory, Australia

Who handles the delivery?

All orders are delivered through Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from AusPost containing a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. We use Australia Post as our preferred partner. Shipping costs is subjected to international freight costs. Please visit www.auspost.com.au for estimated pricing via Australia post for more details.

How much does shipping cost?

Domestically (within Australia) we offer a flat rate of $9.99 for Standard Shipping and $13.99 for Express Shipping.
Please note that Express Shipping only affects the time it takes to receive the parcel via Australia Post and does not expedite the production time. Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing before dispatch.

International shipping is subjected to pricing via Australia Post. Please visit www.auspost.com.au for more details.

How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. We are a small team and strive to work as efficiently as possible. It's important to note that processing time is separate from shipping delivery times. Express shipping does not affect the processing time.

What are the estimated delivery times?

We recommend allowing up to 7 to 10 days for delivery from the date of shipment. If you have not received your order within this timeframe, please contact us through the 'Contact Us' page. To facilitate delivery, we will utilise the personal information (name, shipping address, and phone number) provided by you during checkout.

Please be aware that Oloa Samoa cannot accept responsibility for delivery times, and we are unable to offer refunds for items that arrive later than expected. However, you may return such items at your own cost (exclusions may apply).
For standard and express shipping times, we recommend referring to the AusPost Delivery Times on www.auspost.com.au. Any delays in obtaining items for your order will be communicated to you via email.


During peak periods like Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and certain catalog promotions, order processing and delivery times may vary. Feel free to contact us for more information.
